This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty, mis-described, damaged in transport, or incorrect product please fill out the Returns Form below within 14 days of receiving your order. 

You will need to return the items within 30 days of receiving your order. 

We will examine your returned product. Should you be eligible for a refund or exchange we will process this as soon as reasonably possible, usually within 14 days from receiving your returned item at our Dorset office. 

Faulty, mis-described, damaged in transport, or incorrect items will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. If the faulty item was part of a larger order, the delivery charges will be refunded to the value of a Small Parcel, UK Standard, sent through Royal Mail (2nd Class). 

2. Non-Faulty items

If the item is not faulty and you would like a refund or exchange please fill out the Returns Form below within 14 days of receiving your order. 

After filling out the Returns Form you will have 14 days to return the item. 

We will refund or exchange the item(s) in full should we receive them returned in their original packaging, unused, and unopened. For non-faulty items we do not cover the costs of delivery.
